Construction is the perfect mix of hands on learning and technicality. Being a part of the cooperative education program in college afforded me the opportunity to explore different career options. I found construction and have not looked back since. Power Up Inc. provides young women with that same opportunity and allows them to develop particular skillsets to thrive in our growing workforce.
